AI phone answering · Los Angeles
Nobody picked up. That job went to the shop two miles away.
Agenteev answers the calls you can't get to, finds out what broke and where, and texts you the lead while the caller is still on the line. You keep your number. You keep your carrier. Nothing on your phone changes except that the calls stop disappearing.
Ring it the way a customer would. It answers on the second ring. Ask it something a customer would ask and see how far you get.

Business days from signature to answering. Most of that is waiting on your carrier.
30 days
Money back if it doesn't pay for itself. No call, no email, just ask.
What happens when someone calls at 7pm
The whole sequence, start to finish, running while you're still under a house.

Your line rings
The same number that's on your website, your Google listing, and every invoice you've ever sent. Customers dial what they've always dialed.

Nobody picks up, so the call forwards
Conditional forwarding, busy or no answer. Your carrier handles it, we set it up. Pick up in time and the call is yours; Agenteev never hears it.

Agenteev answers
It asks what broke, where they are, and how fast they need somebody. It knows your hours, your service area, and what you handle and what you don't. Callers who want a human get transferred or leave a message.

You get a text
Name, number, what's wrong, neighborhood, how urgent. Tap the number to call back. No app, no inbox to check.
- 1:16
The caller gets one too
A confirmation that you've got their info and you're calling back, which is usually enough to stop them working down the rest of the search results.
What it doesn't do
Worth knowing before you call, because this is where we're different from everyone else pitching you an AI receptionist.
It doesn't book the job
Booking means wiring into whatever scheduling software you run, and that's exactly what turns these projects into three-month, five-figure jobs. You get the text, you call back, you book it, same as you were going to anyway.
It doesn't touch your software
Works the same whether you run scheduling software, a full CRM, or a legal pad at the front desk. Nothing to migrate, and nothing that breaks when they push an update.
There's no dashboard
Nothing to log into and nothing new to learn. Leads arrive as texts. Once a month you get a one-page report showing what came in and what it was worth.
It doesn't pretend to be a person
If a caller asks, it says it's an assistant. Anyone who wants a human gets transferred or leaves a message. If the call drops or goes sideways, they get a text from you instead, so nobody falls through.
Who set this up
Run by a former healthtech CISO.
Chief information security officer at a healthcare technology company, which meant owning the ISO 27001 certification and the HIPAA program and answering the security questionnaires rather than dodging them. For a small service business that mostly means the boring stuff gets done right: your texting is registered with the carriers, opt-outs work, and nobody's routing your customers' phone numbers through something sketchy.
It also means when we say a call is answered, there's monitoring behind that claim. We test every account's forwarding once a month, because the failure we care about is the silent one.

Straight answers
The six things owners actually ask on the first call.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and your carrier. We set conditional forwarding so calls only reach Agenteev when your line is busy or nobody answers in time. Every call you pick up stays a normal call.
What if it mishears an address or talks over somebody?
That's the real risk with a voice agent and we don't pretend otherwise. Three things cover it: callers can ask for a person at any point and get transferred, the lead text always includes the callback number so you can confirm details yourself, and any call that fails or gets abandoned triggers a text so the lead still reaches you. We also stress-test the agent against interruptions, accents, background noise and off-script questions before it ever answers one of your customers.
Will it call or text my customer list?
No. It only handles inbound calls, and the only outbound message is a single confirmation text to the person who just called you. Your texting gets registered under A2P 10DLC in your business's name, and every message honors STOP. We won't run cold-texting campaigns for you either — that's a fast way to get a number blocked and a slow way to get sued.
How much of my time does setup take?
About twenty minutes on the phone: your hours, your service area, what you do and don't take, and the number leads should go to. We handle the rest. You're live in five business days, and most of that wait is your carrier enabling forwarding.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
Thirty days, money back, including setup. Send an email. We'd rather have the month back than an account that isn't earning.
I don't like the idea of AI talking to my customers.
Reasonable. Call the demo line and judge it yourself. That's the whole reason the number is on this page. If you still don't want a voice on the phone, say so on the call; there's a version of this that never speaks and only texts.
Call it before you decide anything.
Ninety seconds on the phone tells you more than the rest of this page. Ring it, ask it something a customer would ask, and watch how it handles you.
