Terms of use
These terms govern this website and the demo phone line published on it. They are not the agreement that covers the service itself. If you become a client, a separate written services agreement governs that relationship, and it takes precedence over anything here.
1Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Kirin Labs LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Agenteev ("Agenteev," "we," "us"), 12751 Millennium NB322, Los Angeles, CA 90094. Using this site or calling the demo line means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the demo line.
2The demo line
The phone number published on this site connects to a demonstration of our voice assistant. It exists so you can judge the product before talking to us.
- Calls are answered by an automated assistant, not a person, and the assistant says so.
- Calls are converted to a written transcript, which we review to improve the service. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
- It is a demo, not a service. Nobody is dispatched, nothing is booked, and no work is scheduled as a result of calling it.
- Do not give the demo line real personal information about yourself or anyone else, and do not use it to discuss anything confidential.
- Do not use it for an emergency. For a gas leak, a fire, a flood, a medical emergency, or any urgent safety situation, call 911.
- Do not use it to harass, to test attacks against it, to generate load, or to attempt to make the assistant produce abusive or unlawful output. We may block numbers that do.
3Using the site
You may read this site and share links to it. You may not scrape it at volume, copy it to build a competing page, probe it for vulnerabilities, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
4What is on the site
The text, design, logo, and name Agenteev belong to us. Product names belonging to other companies, including any client or vendor named on the site, belong to those companies and appear only for identification.
Pricing, timelines, and capabilities described on this site are current as of the date shown but may change. Nothing on this site is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. A binding agreement exists only when both sides sign one.
5No guarantee of results
Examples on this site, including sample lead messages and call timings, illustrate how the product works. They are not a promise of what your business will experience. How much revenue a business recovers depends on its call volume, its pricing, how fast it calls people back, and factors outside our control.
The 30-day money-back guarantee described on this site applies to the paid service under the written services agreement, on the terms stated there, and not to anything on this page.
6Provided as is
This site and the demo line are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the demo line will be reachable at any given moment.
7Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Agenteev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or the demo line. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site or the demo line will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
8Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Agenteev against claims arising from your misuse of this site or the demo line, or from information you submit to either in violation of these terms, including information about other people that you had no right to share.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
